Weekly Schedule
Our weekly meetings consist generally of the following activities. This is only a guide however, we are flexible with our process in line with whatever appears to be most useful for sangha members. If you arrive late and the meditation or teaching is already under way that’s fine, simply enter quietly and join in. At about 9:15 we will either finish the talk and have another short meditation before ending, or announce the time for those who want to leave, while some may want to continue the discussion.
