Hi all.
This week we have Winton's last round of sutta study.We are up to Chapter IX of Satipatthana: The Direct Path to Realization. This chapter is the beginning of the 'dhammas' as sets of foci for our awareness. This month's set of foci is 'the hindrances'. Betsy's given a talk on these before but this chapter goes in to some detail. It's one of those lists worth knowing as the hindrances can visit us at any time.
As always, it's most helpful if you can read the chapter first, but don't let it deter you from coming if you haven't.
