Hi all.
This week @ Beaches we have a talk called 'Mindfulness & Self Compassion' by a woman named Sabina. I can't tell you anything about her because it's her first time at Beaches and I haven't been furnished with any info to pass on to you, so we'll have to introduce her properly on Thursday night. However, suffice to say, Betsy usually lines up great speakers for us, and I'm sure Sabina will be no exception.
